Fine wine for the masses

I want to start a new political party called: fine wine for the masses........

.....How do you think I will do????

My theory is that everyone I've ever seen drinking a nice bottle of fine red wine seems to have a contented grin from ear to ear so adding a 3rd tap to our sinks could keep everybody happy.

Imagine: 1. Cold water, 2. Hot water, 3. Fine white wine????

I think the world would be a much happier place.....
